Your sleep tracker says you're fine. blood panel says you're normal. training app says you're consistent.
So why isn't it working?
Nucora reads your sleep, training, food, blood work and more together, and shows you how it all connects, and what to try next.
Private beta on iPhone and Android. Joining is free.
When nothing connects, you end up guessing.
Is the new diet working? Is your training making you stronger, or wearing down your recovery? Why do you sleep great one week and terribly the next? How do your sleep and energy shift across your cycle?
Every app you use answers its own small question. None of them shows you how your sleep, training, food and blood work connect. That’s what Nucora does.
Start with what you already use.
One wearable or one blood test is enough to begin. Every app or test you add sharpens the picture, and Nucora tells you which one would add the most next.
Your data stays yours.
Health data is the most personal thing you’ll ever share with an app. Here’s how we treat yours.
- Never sold, never shared with advertisers, never used to train AI models
- Encrypted when it’s stored and when it’s sent, to the standards banks and hospitals use
- Delete your account yourself, any time, in the app
- You choose what to connect, one app or test at a time
- Every report and podcast says up front that it’s AI-generated
- Passed an independent security assessment, September 2026
WHAT CONNECTS
Your devices, apps and test results.
Plus Fitbit and Pixel Watch through Google Health, and the notes you keep in Nucora’s diary.
Wearables and apps connect in a couple of taps. Blood work, gut tests and body scans upload as the PDFs you already have. You can type in numbers that can’t connect, like a VO2 max or a biological age.
Watch by day. Ring by night. One record of you.
Wear more than one device? Nucora keeps one record of you. You choose which device to trust for each kind of data, and when one misses a day, another fills in. Where nothing recorded, you see a gap, not a guess.
YOUR GOALS
Built around what you’re working toward.
Tell Nucora your goals, like building muscle, sleeping better or aging well. For each one, it shows which parts of your health are helping, which are holding you back, and where to focus first. Someone building muscle and someone focused on longevity get different priorities from the same data.
HOW IT WORKS
Real math first. Then a plain-English explanation.
Nucora starts with real math on your own numbers: your personal baselines, your trends, and which changes line up with which. Then AI explains the results in plain English, and the numbers it writes are checked against your data. It’s not a chatbot bolted onto your data. Your questions are answered by OpenAI’s GPT-6.1 Sol. We chose it by blind-testing OpenAI’s models on real health questions and selecting on the quality of their answers.
LISTEN TO YOUR DATA
Your health, as a podcast.
Any Deep Dive, Nucora’s full report on one part of your health, can become a podcast: two AI hosts talking through your sleep, your blood work and your training, with your real numbers. They point to the week your recovery changed. They notice the supplement you started the month a lab result moved, and suggest it as a question for your doctor. By the end, you know something you didn’t know before, and you have an experiment to try. The voices are AI, and every episode says so up front.
THE DAILY APP
An app you’ll open every day: your dashboards in the morning, a question for the chat at lunch, a note in your diary at night, and a Deep Dive report whenever you want the full picture.
Everything on one home screen.
Sleep, recovery, training, nutrition, labs, gut health and more, each opening its own dashboard. Explore the features.
Ask about your data.
Nucora’s chat answers questions about your health from your own numbers. Explore the features.
The data explains what happened. The diary explains why.
Log symptoms, events and notes in a couple of taps, and see them next to everything your devices measured. Explore the features.

Questions worth asking first.
You’d be trusting Nucora with a lot of personal data. Here are straight answers about what it does, what it costs and how your data is protected.
What is Nucora?
An app for iPhone and Android that brings your health data together: your wearable, your blood work, your food log, your workouts, your gut tests and more. It shows you how they connect, what’s changing, and what to try next.
What can I connect?
Wearables: Garmin, Apple Health (iPhone only), Oura, Withings, and Fitbit or Pixel Watch through Google Health. Food and workouts: Cronometer and Hevy. Lab and test reports, uploaded as the PDFs you already have: Function Health, Blueprint, BodySpec DEXA scans, Tiny Health and TruDiagnostic. Viome results can be typed in. One is enough to start.
How does Nucora figure out what’s going on?
Two steps. First, Nucora does the math on your own numbers: your personal baselines, your trends, and which changes line up with which. Then AI explains what the math found, in plain English, and points you to what’s worth trying next. Each new report builds on the last, because Nucora remembers your goals and what it found before. Your questions are answered by OpenAI’s GPT-6.1 Sol. We chose it by blind-testing OpenAI’s models on real health questions and selecting on the quality of their answers.
Can I trust the numbers?
The numbers the AI writes about you are checked automatically against your actual data. The check can’t fix a bad reading, though: if your watch misreads your heart rate, Nucora repeats what your watch said.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your data is never sold, never shared with advertisers and never used to train AI models. It’s encrypted when it’s stored and when it’s sent, to the standards banks and hospitals use. Our AI provider works under a health-data privacy agreement and doesn’t train on your data. In September 2026, Nucora passed an independent security assessment. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
Can I export or delete my data?
You can delete your account yourself, any time, from Settings in the app. You can also export your profile and diary there, turn off AI processing, and lock the app with Face ID or your fingerprint.
Is this medical advice?
No. Nucora helps you understand your own data and have better conversations with your doctor. It doesn’t replace them. When a result is outside its usual range, Nucora suggests raising it with your doctor, and gives you the numbers and questions to bring. Nucora is a wellness and fitness tool, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, mitigate, or monitor any disease or medical condition.
Does Nucora work for women?
Yes. Nucora’s Cycle screen tracks your phase, cycle day and cycle length, shows your symptoms by phase, and lines up your hormone results with your cycle. Diary entries show which phase they fell in. More cycle-aware analysis is coming during the beta.
What if I only use one or two apps?
That’s enough to start. Every app or test you add sharpens the picture, and Nucora tells you which addition would help most next.
My watch and my ring disagree. Which one is right?
They measure differently, so both readings are real. Nucora shows them side by side on one chart, and you choose which device leads for each kind of data. When one misses a day, the other fills in.
What’s a Deep Dive?
A full report on one part of your health (sleep, nutrition, blood work, gut health or body composition), built from all of your data: what improved, what slipped, what’s connected, and what’s worth trying next. Run one whenever you like, and read it or listen to it as a podcast.
How soon will I see something useful?
Right away. Your dashboards fill in as soon as your data comes in, and you can run your first Deep Dive the same day. It gets better the longer you use it.
Can I see an example?
Yes. Listen to a short clip of a real Nucora podcast on our home page. The written examples there come from real Nucora reports, with the numbers unchanged.
What does it cost?
Nothing during the private beta. Pricing will be announced before the public launch.
Who’s behind Nucora?
Jason Cooper, Nucora’s CEO. He’s a PhD chemist who measures things for a living, and spent years as a scientist at Berkeley Lab, a U.S. national laboratory. He has also spent 23 years changing his own diet and training and tracking the results in his blood work, and he built Nucora because none of that data talked to each other. He reads every beta application himself.
