2. Confidentiality
Nucora is a closed private Beta product. By participating, You agree to keep confidential all non-public information about Nucora, including its features, functionality, outputs, analytical methodology, and user interface. This obligation applies throughout the Beta period and continues until the date that is twelve (12) months following Nucora’s general commercial release. If Nucora has not achieved general commercial release within twenty-four (24) months after the conclusion of Your participation in the Beta program, this confidentiality obligation will expire on that twenty-fourth-month anniversary. 3. Termination of Use License
We may suspend or terminate Your license if You breach this Agreement or our Code of Conduct (see Section 30), including engaging in medical decision-making using Nucora outputs, posting content containing health information belonging to others, providing false registration information, or violating any provisions of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must immediately cease all access to and use of Nucora.
4. Eligibility and Conditions of Use
To use Nucora, You must:
- Be a registered Nucora user
- Reside in the United States (50 states; excluding U.S. territories)
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Provide accurate and valid registration information including name, date of birth, height, weight, and sex (used for reference-range calculations)
By creating an account and using Nucora, You certify that Your registration information is accurate and complete, that You are a human user and not a bot or automated system, and that You authorize Interpretive Health, LLC to verify Your identity as a user of Nucora. False certification may result in suspension or termination of Your account or legal action.
At Your election, You may connect the following data sources to Nucora:
- Apple Health
- Garmin Connect
- Cronometer (food and nutrition logs)
- Hevy (weight training logs)
- Viome (gut microbiome testing)
- BodySpec (DEXA body composition scans)
- Function Health (blood and urine biomarkers)
- Blueprint Speed of Aging (blood-based biological age testing)
- TinyHealth (gut microbiome testing)
By connecting a data source, You authorize Nucora to access and process that data on Your behalf. Each third-party data source is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy, which You should review before connecting. Data accuracy depends in part on these third-party platforms, and Interpretive Health, LLC is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in data originating from connected third-party services.
Your data will be kept private and will not be shared with any third party except as necessary to perform Your requested analysis. See Section 5 and our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Data Processing Architecture and Use
5.1 How Your Data Is Processed
Your User Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States, encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Nucora uses proprietary algorithms and artificial intelligence to analyze Your data and generate Your requested reports, podcasts, and other outputs. As part of this process, Your data is transmitted to OpenAI and Google Cloud AI services for AI-powered analysis and content generation. OpenAI operates under a zero-data-retention agreement with Interpretive Health, LLC — Your data is not stored by OpenAI after processing is complete and is not used to train OpenAI’s models. Only HIPAA-eligible API endpoints are used for AI data transmission. Google Cloud AI services operate under a data processing addendum and HIPAA business associate agreement with enterprise-grade data protections; Google does not use Your data to train its AI models.
When You connect third-party data sources (such as Garmin Connect, Cronometer, or others listed in Section 4), data flows from those platforms to Nucora via their respective APIs. Once received by Nucora, Your data is governed by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Each third-party platform remains independently responsible for its own data handling practices.
5.2 License Grant and Data Ownership
By uploading data to Nucora, You grant Interpretive Health, LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for the duration of Your account and any applicable data retention period described in our Privacy Policy, to use Your data to:
- Provide the AI analysis, Health Blueprint reports, personalized podcasts, and other services You request
- Improve Nucora’s platform quality, including identifying and resolving software errors, improving computational accuracy, and improving the quality of reports, podcasts, and other outputs
Data You supply vs. data Nucora generates. Raw data You upload to Nucora (e.g., lab results, wearable exports, food logs) remains Your data. Reports, podcasts, and analyses that Nucora generates from Your data are owned by Interpretive Health, LLC.
5.3 Platform Improvement
Interpretive Health, LLC uses Your data to improve Nucora’s platform, including identifying and resolving bugs, improving computational accuracy, and improving the quality of reports, podcasts, and other outputs. This is internal product improvement — Your data is not used to train any third-party AI models, and Interpretive Health, LLC does not train its own AI models on Your data. When Your data is used for platform improvement purposes, access is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
5.4 Third-Party Data Accuracy
Nucora integrates with third-party platforms at Your election. Data accuracy depends in part on those platforms, and Interpretive Health, LLC is not responsible for errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies in data originating from connected third-party services, including but not limited to Garmin Connect, Cronometer, Apple Health, Hevy, Viome, BodySpec, Function Health, Blueprint Speed of Aging, and TinyHealth. You agree that Interpretive Health, LLC and its third-party data providers shall not be liable for any harm arising from inaccurate or incomplete data transmitted from third-party platforms.
5.5 No Sale of Personal Information
Interpretive Health, LLC does not sell Your personal information. We do not share Your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell data received from any connected third-party platform.
6. Account Removal
You may request account deactivation at any time via Account Settings or by emailing support@nucora.ai with “Remove Me” in the subject line, including Your registered email address. Removal may take up to 30 days to complete, during which You may receive service-related emails. We will retain certain data after account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1 Regulatory Status
Nucora is a general health, wellness and fitness platform. Interpretive Health, LLC is not a HIPAA Covered Entity, and Nucora is not subject to the HIPAA Privacy Rule or Security Rule. However, we recognize that the health and wellness data You entrust to us deserves strong protection regardless of regulatory classification. Interpretive Health, LLC may be subject to California existing consumer protection, privacy, and unfair competition laws.
7.2 Security Standards

- Amazon Web Services (AWS), which hosts Your data, operates under a HIPAA business associate agreement with Interpretive Health, LLC with encryption, access logging, and audit requirements
- OpenAI, which provides AI analysis, operates under a HIPAA business associate agreement with Interpretive Health, LLC with zero data retention and HIPAA-eligible endpoint restrictions
- Google Cloud AI services, which provide AI content generation capabilities, operate under a data processing addendum and HIPAA business associate agreement with Interpretive Health, LLC and contains enterprise-grade data protections
- Google Workspace, which processes support communications, operates under a HIPAA business associate agreement with Interpretive Health, LLC and contains appropriate safeguards
- Cronometer, which provides food and nutrition log data, operates under a HIPAA business associate agreement with Interpretive Health, LLC
