How we check the numbers

When Nucora tells you your average sleep score last week was 82, that 82 should be exactly what your data says. Here’s how we make sure, and what the check can’t catch.

The math comes first.

Nucora calculates your numbers (averages, trends, your personal baselines) with ordinary code that works the same way every time. The AI’s job is to explain those results, not to calculate them.

Then we check the AI’s work.

When the AI writes one of your numbers into a chat answer or a Deep Dive report, Nucora automatically compares it with the data that answer was built from. In Deep Dive reports, a number that doesn’t match goes to our team to review.

What the check can’t catch.

The check makes sure Nucora repeats your data faithfully. It can’t tell you whether the data was right to begin with: if your watch misreads your heart rate, Nucora repeats what your watch said. And no check catches everything.
