You can delete your Nucora account and the health data in it at any time. There are two ways to do it, and both remove the same data.

From inside the app (fastest)

Open Nucora, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. You will be asked to type DELETE to confirm, because this cannot be undone.

By email

If you have uninstalled the app, or you cannot sign in, email support@nucora.ai from the address on your Nucora account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your Nucora account and the data associated with it, including:

• your profile
• health and fitness data synced from any device or service you connected
• laboratory, microbiome and body-composition reports you uploaded
• diary entries
• chat history
• deep-dive reports and audio episodes generated for you

Deleting your account also disconnects Nucora from the services you connected, and revokes the permission you gave Nucora to read your data from them. It does not delete your data from those services — Garmin, Apple Health and the others keep their own copies, under their own terms. To remove your data there, use each service’s own controls.

What we keep, and why

We retain limited categories of records after account deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes: security and audit logs (including records of consent and administrative access), subscription and billing records (including records retained by our payment processor), and operational service logs.

Aggregated, de-identified insights that cannot reasonably be linked back to you may be retained indefinitely.

How long it takes

• Deleting from inside the app closes your account immediately and signs you out.
• Deletion of your data from our active systems is completed within 30 days.
• Backup copies are purged automatically as backups rotate, no later than 90 days after deletion from active systems.
• If you email a request, we respond to verified requests within 45 days.

Deleting some of your data, without closing your account

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove data. Inside the app you can delete individual items directly, including:

• diary entries
• chat conversations
• documents and lab reports you uploaded
• individual records you entered by hand, such as a biological age result

If you want something removed that you cannot delete yourself, email support@nucora.ai from the address on your Nucora account and tell us what to remove. We will verify the request and confirm by email when it is done. The retention rules described above apply to these requests too.
